Device found causing input: Thrustmaster eSwap Pro X controller

Using this utility I was able to figure out this controller was causing my phantom inputs. Now my question is how can I fix it? 🤔 If I boot my PC with it unplugged it stays showing idle but then as soon as I plug it in it shows that the system is not idle. Unplugging it causes the system to still remain not idle unless I do another reboot with it unplugged
