Update "com.google.android.play:age-signals" to "0.0.1"

Description

Update com.google.android.play:age-signals from 0.0.1-beta02 to 0.0.1.

According to the Android docs (https://developer.android.com/google/play/age-signals/use-age-signals-api), beta versions of the library will continue to throw exceptions after January 1st.
