(1.20.1) head keeps getting in the way whenever i try to adjust the position of the camera to my liking

so basically using the model view GUI thing and I'm trying to make it so the body doesn't get in the way as much by adjusting the camera position but whenever I change the x offset past -19 the head is in the way and I can see the inside of my head
