stuck in third person

it wont go into first person and im losing my god damn mind what the hell do i do to make it first person

it also fucking crashes every second time i open it

all my options arent here, and the settings button does NOTHING in the model view menu.

It's probably a conflict caused by some mods, could you send me your mod list?
