Fullscreen only works on one monitor

Describe the bug

Fullscreen will only work on ONE monitor, and has no option to change it.

The vanilla behavior is to fullscreen on the monitor that the window is currently on.

Steps to reproduce

1. Enable two monitors with wayland.
2. Launch the game
3. Full-screen the game.
4. notice how the game will only full-screen on one monitor.

well atleast on kwin, i can super + drag it to another monitor?
