In IE 11 the footer is placed on top of the header. I notice that your version of pixyll seem to be behind version-wise. Perhaps an update will help?

Gists support comments. This is the main reason why i would prefer vanilla Gists over Draft.sx. You could probably make use of [Disqus](https://disqus.com/)? I can even imagine enabling comments conditionally...
