No longer works. At least for my Windows 10 Spotify app. Spotify seems to detect the changes in the hosts file.

The app will give out an error. "Spotify can't play this right now. If you have the file on your computer you can import it."

Once I removed the changes in the hosts file only then the app will play the music.
