Request appimage built with PHP 7.1.0

First point release of PHP 7.1.0 available 1 Dec 2016. Backwards incompatible features: http://php.net/manual/en/migration71.incompatible.php This would seem to be a good time to make a new appimage wxphp_wxwidgets-3.0.2_php-7.1.0

Personally it would be nice to have the GPGME-1.8.0 library included, giving access to the PHP gnupg_*() functions.
