Installation Requirements Information

Using a recent ubuntu-linux-version the installation is not possible - I've tried the way with python (3.8) and docker. In both ways there arise many errors which are very hard to overcome.

As a solution it would be sufficient to write down all the requriements (e. g. which docker-version did you use?) at the beginning of your read.me.
