Consider adding map file filter configuration

Hi! We've been using this plugin for several month and it always work well, thanks for your great work!

And there are some cases that we want to skip uploading some map files, but I see no configuration provided.

Could you please consider this?

I am glad to hear that it is helpful! We can add include and exclude to the options which should be compatible with Webpack rules, so it will be easier for consumers to reuse their Webpack conditions. However, I am a little busy recently and have no time to do it. I am happy to accept a pull request implemented this feature.
