Try Out Error for Subscription Disabled APIs

Description

Getting an error when clicking the Try Out button for a susbcription disabled API as below.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Create an API.
  2. Disable subscriptions by deselecting all the subscription plans for the API via the Publisher.
  3. Login to Developer portal and access the API.
  4. Click on Try Out button next to the GW URL.
