Minor UI issues in APIs deployed in AWS API Gateway

Description

Note the empty Operation Governance section. If there are no operation governance available for APIs deployed in AWS Gateway the section itself should be removed rather than presenting an empty section.

Note that the Endpoint Security icon is still visible, but clicking it doesn't do anything. If the endpoint security is not supported it should be removed. Image
