UI glitch in the Management console

Description

The contents of the Configure menu mix with the Main menu content after clicking on an action of the Configure menu. This issue is not reproducible in 4.3.0-Beta pack. Could be due to https://github.com/wso2/carbon-kernel/pull/3957.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Login to the Management console.
2. Go to the Configure menu.
3. Click on Add New Tenant.
4. Observe the change in the menu list items.
