Compatible with Zotero 7.0.6 on MacOs?

I am trying to install this and being informed Zutilo is not compatible with this version of Zotero.

I tried installing Zutilo Version 3.10.0 on m1 running macOS Sonoma with Zotero 7.0.11 and got the same message. Zotero 6 still works with the Zutilo release 3.10.0. See #248 for more information.
