Get rid of the xdotool requirement

It'd be great to just use some built-in solution. However, it's not possible to send data to KWin scripts, and there seems not to be a KWin D-Bus method, or anything similar in stock Plasma, that can activate/minimize a window by its ID, like xdotool can.
