Restarting run with the MYNN PBL scheme cannot yield results identical to that from continuous run.

@kkeene44 Kelly, I think that you mentioned something about this a couple of days ago. There is a known issue for MYNN non-reproducibility for restarts, so this could manifest with non-reproducible results for varying processor counts as well.
