Standard WRF directories in configure file needs to be updated

The standard wrf directories should be updated in the configure file, because when compiling version 4.4, if the directory name is not changed it gets an error. now is like this: standard_wrf_dirs="WRF WRF-4.0.3 WRF-4.0.2 WRF-4.0.1 WRF-4.0 WRFV3"
