Feature Request: Option to serve popular CSS/JS frameworks from a CDN

It would be nice for the HTML Compressor to option to serve popular CSS/JS frameworks from a CDN to improve the chances of those files already being in a visitor's cache; e.g., if jQuery (and/or popular jQuery plugins) are found in the source, those could be pointed to a copy of served by cdnjs.com, where it is likely that the files already exists in the browser cache.
