Google Fonts

Is there any way I can disable Google Fonts? Ideally by editing the components file.

well I am unable to add google fonts in functions.php file. Seems like there is changes. Please do let me know anybody how to integrate google fonts in functions.php or which file should I make changes to add google fonts.

I know it's old but if someone stumble over this thread while searching for 'wprig disable delete or deactivate google fonts' please have a look on issue #658

Sure it would be nice if on could choose some google fonts in the dev environment (wprig/inc/Styles/Component.php) and when bundled up those fonts will downloaded in the assets folder under fonts and linked in some kind of "fonts.css" but that's not the case.

Anyways the issue 658 shows how easy it is to disable the google fonts integration.
