EWWW IO flagged for safe_mode

Hi, the EWWW Image Optimizer plugin is being flagged with a warning because it checks to be sure PHP's (obsolete) safe_mode directive is disabled. I run unit tests on every commit to ensure EWWW IO is compatible with PHP 5.3-7, so I know it is compatible, and I use it every single day on the PHP 7 myself, so I would appreciate it if you could whitelist EWWW IO or ensure that it doesn't flag the safe_mode check. This (whitelisting) should also apply to the EWWW IO Cloud version, although it does not have the safe_mode check.
