Feat: Use WP ENV for a quick Faust setup

As we are now using wp-env for the new toolkit - https://github.com/wpengine/hwptoolkit I had some ideas about using this for Faust.

There is some good examples for the community such as examples/next/tutorial but the purpose of using a wp-env setup would be for support or testing.

wp-env process we use on the new toolkit allows us to quickly setup a WP instance and import dummy data which would be useful when testing.
