Log a console message when plugin filters are used

User Story (Required)

As a Faust developer, want to see a console log statement saying something to the tune of “xxx filter is being used in the plugin system. Smart defaults may not work as expected” so that users know that by using the plugin system they may be overriding some of our smart defaults in place, like GET requests/persisted queries in the Apollo client.
