"Last updated" not consistent with searched/indexed state
On the about page, it says the plugin repository was last updated one day ago. However, the content returned by a search for one of my plugins (Avatar Privacy) is at least one month old. (Also, a search for the classname/namespace Avatar_Privacy returns no results, even though it has been in use in that plugin for several years.)

I have seen a few other cases where the data becomes disconnected but have not managed to identify the root cause. I am currently running the service in a debug mode, which logs the full output during plugin/theme updates.
I suspect the problem is that there is no persistent concept of update queue. Whenever the service gets restarted, it resumes from the latest commit- ignoring any potential pending updates (perhaps stuck in a loop, failing) from before.
