Create UI for adding store "pages" as menu items in TEv2.

Currently, there's no way to actually access the store pages that are created.

We need a NUX to direct users to create (or have created for them) the most logical pages in their menu.

Additionally, we need to get rid of the old theme engines menu items that are defunct now.
