Fix history command error when input starts with dash

Bash's history -s command interprets strings starting with - as options rather than arguments, causing errors when users enter expressions like -1 or --help in the shell REPL.

Changes

• src/WP_CLI/Shell/REPL.php: Added -- separator to history -s command to mark end of options
• features/shell.feature: Added test case for dash-prefixed input

The -- separator is the POSIX standard way to prevent option parsing of arguments.
