Describe your use case and the problem you are facing

The WordPress Importer is gaining new functionality to rewrite URLs during import:

  • https://github.com/WordPress/wordpress-importer/pull/202
  • https://github.com/WordPress/wordpress-importer/pull/207

Describe the solution you'd like

Once this functionality is released in a new version of the importer, it makes sense to add support for it in this command.
