Improve GitHub actions testing

Currently only limited testing is done through GitHub actions.. Look into the possibility of running more thorough test cases to make sure changes don't break anything. Tests are already available in the tests folder.

So, check if it is possible to solve a large (3kp40) model with all grid points on github actions within reasonable time.
