Ideas for future Intro II session

@BelenMichel @kbjarkefur I'm drafting here some ideas of what we should include in the Intro II session. This is after having reviewed the Intro I session as of March 03 2021

  • dictionaries
  • functions
  • libraries -- this is currently explained briefly in the web scraping exercise slides
  • error messages https://github.com/worldbank/dime-python-training/issues/6#issuecomment-742597654
  • error exceptions maybe? not super relevant for data analysis but a useful skill
