[Jetpack plugin install prompt] "What would you like to focus on first?" prompt breaks installation flow

During Jetpack plugin installation flow users are asked to log in to WordPress.com account to connect to Jetpack. After logging in "What would you like to focus on first?" prompt is shown even though the connection to Jetpack is not finished.

If we select "Stats", installation flow is dismissed without finishing. "Stats" view continues to ask to "Log in"

Expected behavior

"What would you like to focus on first?" should not be appearing in the middle of Jetpack plugin installation flow

Steps to reproduce the behavior

1. Log in to the self-hosted site which doesn't have Jetpack installed
2. Open "Stats"
3. Install Jetpack by following instructions and logging in to WordPress.com account
4. Notice "What would you like to focus on first?" prompt appear
5. Select "Stats"
6. Installation flow is dismissed without finishing
7. Stats view continues to ask to "Log in"

Workaround: select "Skip" in "What would you like to focus on first?" prompt

Tested on iPhone SE2020, iOS 15.6.1, WPiOS 20.7
