Voice Control Not Working in Image Caption, Gallery Caption, and a Paragraph Component in a Column Block

Expected behavior

Commands such as Move to Beginning and Move to End would work as they do in paragraphs

Actual behavior

The cursor does not move.

Steps to reproduce the behavior

Activate Voice Commands on iOS. Open a post and create a paragraph block and an image block. Dictate to Move to Beginning. Note it works in the paragraph block and not in a caption.

This was reported in #5468942-zen regarding an iPad.

I replicated using an iPhone 7.
