Gallery improvements

Currently, the visual editor displays galleries as shortcodes (#239, implemented in https://github.com/wordpress-mobile/WordPress-Android/pull/3465).

We should improve this to instead display the gallery visually (or use a placeholder image). Another improvement would be to add an 'edit gallery' dialog, allowing you to change the images included in the gallery, their order, and other gallery settings (type, number of columns). This would be displayed when selecting the gallery object.

+1 It seems outdated now not to have a visual preview of the gallery (which you can get from a post preview).

+1 Editing gallery (adding new images or removing others) would make life a lot easier
