Post in Reader Is Not Aligned Correctly in Rtl Language

Expected behavior

RTL content should all be aligned right.

Note: This appears to be similar to this iOS issue: https://github.com/wordpress-mobile/WordPress-iOS/issues/11915

Actual behavior

Only the title is aligned right. Content is aligned left.

Steps to reproduce the behavior

1. Publish an RTL post or search for an RTL post in Reader
2. Click on the post in Reader to view it
3. The post title will be aligned right, but the content will be aligned left

Tested on Samsung Galaxy Note20 Ultra 5G, Android 12, WPAndroid 20.6-rc-2
