Sharing: Connect Tumblr Account not possible

Expected behavior

Expected to head to Menu > Sharing > Tumblr, tap "connect", and be prompted to enter Tumblr login details.

Actual behavior

From Menu > Sharing > Tumblr, after tapping "connect", the screen does not load and the user is not prompted to enter login details. This means connecting a Tumblr account is not currently possible from within the app.

Steps to reproduce the behavior

1. Use a WordPress.com site, private or public
2. Go to Menu > Sharing, and select Tumblr
3. Tap "Connect", and note a blank dark screen loads.

Tested on Samsung Galaxy S21, Android 12, WPAndroid 20.2-rc-4
