Feature Request: More "Choose Image" options when setting featured image

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Requested in 5485286-zen.

It would be helpful if the featured image offered the same selection options as the image block.

Describe the solution you'd like When tapping the "Set Featured Image" in the post settings, show the "Choose Image" options like the ones showing for the Image block like the screenshot shown below.
