Bug: states don't get remembered on new line

Expected

toggle buttons should stay on their state till I press on them again.

Observed

They miss their state upon new line

Reproduced

1. Turn on a toggle, such as Bold.
2. write some text. Notice it works fine
3. go to next line

Tested

Pixel 2 on Android P with library version 1.3

This issue is especially important for the case of text-alignment. The reason is that for when you write in RTL locale (Hebrew, for example), it gets reset to the left. On this case, it gets even worse, as for some reason it can affect previously typed text. device-2018-03-10-115832.zip
