[Android] The bottom of the PDF becomes blurry when maxScale > 3

• react-native v0.60.3
• react-native-pdf v5.1.4
• Occurs on android.

Once a zoom in to a scale 4 or more, I get a lot of bugginess with the blur. The very bottom of the PDF never un-blurs.
