Plan9 port of PDCurses

Dear all, This is an updated version of Federico G. Benavento's ( @benavento ) port of PDCurses 3.0 to Plan9.

I have managed to get it to build all demos. The demos build and execute but they do not seem to be responsive to keyboard or mouse input (or very slow. stuff is happening). If you have some good ideas there it would be great.

If you want to test it you can easily install 9front in a VM and use git9 as git client.

Verified that the demos work but are very slow. Built and tested on both i386 and amd64
