Support MathJax 3 ?

Doesn't seem like it is supporting MathJax3 for now, any intention to upgrade this to MathJax 3?

@iroy2000 I wrote a small library to do this since it seems this is no longer being maintained - it's not really based on this one although this one did inspire it. Available here: https://github.com/jpribyl/react-hook-mathjax

Please open an issue there if you have any problems with it!
