[BUG] Failover remote functions failed

This problem has nothing to do with ``mars.remote``. The actual cause is that we do not support fail-over in graphs with ``Fetch`` nodes.

[BUG] sort_values failed after using dropna

Can be fixed by parsing `pd.RangeIndex(-1)` when size of certain dimension is unknown.
