Prepare for Microsoft Purview Tenant Level Changes

  1. Update Atlas API endpoints to the new /datamap/ endpoints
  2. GraphQL endpoint should point to the new purview service endpoint.

This will introduce breaking changes to the PurviewClient and will require some refactoring.
