Fixing enabling submit button when using jQuery Mobile

While using MotionCAPTCHA and jQuery Mobile, an issue when trying to activate the submit button occurs.

The disabled attribute is removed indeed, but jQuery Mobile still blocks it.

This is a fix for that issue
