angular-widget $translate from angular-translate 2.7.0 onward only works within a $timeout inside of ng-widget.

When I move a component using $translate outside of ng-widget, the $translate service works again.

This is a big issue on some other projects. We need a fix for this I'very reproduced the same situation also.
