Can you run ls -a ~/.local/bin?

I had the same issue, running the figterm-command fixed it for me.

I had the same issue, running the figterm-command fixed it for me.

I thought it fixed it for me too but it turns out it just fixed it for that session. Closing iTerm and reopening causes the issue to return.

Edit: I restarted, ran fig doctor --verbose and then fig upgraded and now the issue is resolved. 🤷‍♂️
