Draft messages and indicate the status on particular contacts

Draft messages

Currently we can draft messages for any contacts and re-access to them during the wire application running but if user closed the application and open again then all drafts gone. It'll be better if client can keep it saved locally until send or erase it

Indicate the status on particular contacts

When user drafted messages and move to other contacts then unable to recognize which contacts have drafts and need to check one by one then display a indication "Draft" next to contact name eg: Aika (Draft)
