Base File model sort order error when not using numerical ids

Issue description

Whn extending the base file class Winter\Storm\Database\Attach\File with ids other than numerical (eg uuids) the sort order trait located in Winter\Storm\Database\Attach\File will not work with the id because it isnt numerical.

this is the error i end up encountering:

Text: PDOException: SQLSTATE[01000]: Warning: 1265 Data truncated for column 'sort_order' at row 1 in /home/ubuntu/manga/vendor/laravel/framework/src/Illuminate/Database/Connection.php:488

Steps to replicate

1. Create a new class extending Winter\Storm\Database\Attach\File
2. make the id uuids or non-numerical.
3. try to create attachments
