use `new` instead of `$inflight_init` in inflight ctor hover doc

The actual value in the symbol environment differs from what the user expects. We probably need to use a custom renderer for ctors instead of the regular method renderer.

A similar problem is mentioning the preflight ctor is static in the docs, which is technically correct, but not needed:
