The Wing simulator should display a warning / info notification when using reference resources. This is to help users realize when interacting in the console that they could be manipulating real deployed resources/data

I think it's a good idea. Will need to think of a proper design for that. Something along the lines of "This resource is not simulated".

I'll leave some notes for me below:

Also noticed that if AWS is not correctly configured, an error message shows in the BucketRef/AWS Console inspector panel (AWS Console = The SSO session associated with this profile has expired. To refresh this SSO session run aws sso login with the corresponding profile.). Not sure how to show these type of errors.
