cannot track login/logout activities of ssh-win on server side

I thought the activities of ssh-win software should be kept in the wtmp/utmp file on server, because it is based on ssh stuff. However I didn't see any login/logout activies of the software in the logs printed by commands of who last. Thanks for any explaination.
