resolution office 365

Hello! Thanks a lot for this great tool! I am having a small issue with the office 365 apps created on the linux side. when they are open, the resolution is quite bad

as it can be seen the ribbon menu is really large. even after changing the resolution in the virtual machine. is it possible to change this? thanks in advance!
