Same here. Had to manually update by downloading the latest version from Github

Well, today is July 28, just over 2 months since the last comment posted above, and I just got what looks like the same Javascript error message upon selecting the option to quit and restart under Preferences -> General -> Update. This was for the current latest version 20.12.0 on my MacBook Pro (M1 Max) running MacOS 14.7.6 (Sonoma). Despite the alarming error dialog box, Browserosaurus appeared to restart anyway. Nevertheless, just to be on the safe side, I quit Browserosaurus and downloaded the "Browserosaurus-darwin-arm64-20.12.0" .ZIP file from GitHub, extracted the app, and installed it in place of the version placed in my Applications folder when I used the quit & restart option.

I also saw the error message, but updating via Homebrew worked fine.
